We serve all of Metro Vancouver — Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Surrey, Coquitlam, Langley, White Rock, and Delta. We build locally and install across the region with our own crew.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes — by appointment. You’re welcome to visit our showroom to see fabrics, controls, and finishes in person; book a time during our weekday hours and we’ll have everything ready for you. We also bring samples to you for in-home measures across Metro Vancouver, so you can see them in your own light, against your own walls.
Is the in-home measure free?
Yes — in-home measures are complimentary for residential projects across Metro Vancouver. For smaller jobs, the quickest start is to send your window count and sizes through the form or by phone; we’ll get you a budgetary price first, then arrange your complimentary in-home measure once the project is ready to move forward — so you get an accurate quote without waiting on a visit.
What if I have a warranty or service issue?
Submit a request on our Request Service page (/request-service), or call 604-593-5450. Every product is covered by the HT Worry-Free Warranty, and service requests are handled by the same team that built and installed it.
